Revision surgery due to a step-off issue after no-implant rhinoplasty

I previously had rhinoplasty without an implant, but a step-off developed around the nasal dorsum. I didn’t really notice it, then I saw a side-profile photo of myself and was shocked because the middle of my nasal bridge looked sunken ㅠㅠ At the time, my desired look was just natural, so they only used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but I wonder if it was a support issue or a surgical method issue..? I’m not that happy with the nasal tip either, so I’m planning to do it at another clinic. This time I’m looking into autologous costal cartilage. I think the best thing is sturdy fixation and maintaining the shape. Has anyone had no-implant rhinoplasty and then redone it because of a step-off or structural issue? Where did you do it? Did it come out clean? I heard Highend is good. Are they good with autologous costal cartilage? There are lots of reviews.. I wish someone around me had done it ㅠㅠ
