Has anyone here who had nose surgery using septal cartilage felt like their nasal septum became more deviated after the surgery? A cotton swab that used to go in easily before doesn’t seem to go in well now, and the mucous membrane on the septum side of one nostril seems to be protruding, so I’m scared that my nasal septum might be collapsing
