I think my nose was a pretty difficult case in its own way. My original nose was small, with thin skin, and it wasn’t very low, but it had a slight hump, so the nose looked like it drooped. It was my third surgery, and I guess it was a nose that just wouldn’t work even after using ear cartilage on both sides and even the nasal septum. At the time of my last, third surgery, I had actually gone in for a consultation about complete removal, but in the end I decided on revision surgery. Even so, since about 2–3 years ago, my nasal tip looked like it was drooping and also looked upturned, and I can’t believe it was contracture. Since my nose wasn’t hard and there was no inflammatory reaction, I guess I didn’t want to admit it lol
