I’ve had nose surgery three times before, but I’d never had cotton packing put inㅜ I had a partial removal done at the clinic, and I have cotton packing in right now, and it’s seriously driving me insane. I wake up once every 5 minutes. I’m not even joking, I wake up because breathing through my mouth dries it out. I can’t smell or taste anything, and I usually have a strong appetite and eat a lot, but now I’m forcing myself to eat just so I can take my medicine. While I’m at it, I ordered cabbage to try to increase my vegetable intake. Has anyone who had it done at that clinic ever removed the cotton packing by themselves?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
