During my first surgery, I had an osteotomy for a hump nose, but I naturally have very little nasal bridge. Objectively, it really looks like I don’t have one, so I’m worried that if I remove the silicone, it will look extremely flat. I think I saw another post saying it got a bit better because the doctor trimmed both sides, but since I barely had a nasal bridge to begin with, I’m scared that even trimming the sides won’t have much effect and will only make the bridge even lower. I feel like I’m seriously going crazy. Among everyone who had a very low natural nose, had hump osteotomy, and then had nasal implant removal, is there anyone who had the sides trimmed or anything like that?
