He said it could spread as much as the original nose shape, and that he would leave a little at the tip, but even though I am just right after surgery, I still expect the overall shape won’t change much. I had wanted to narrow the area I marked, so I went ahead with surgery at first. Because too much cartilage was put into that area in an attempt to force it, it looks chubby, and I got stressed. That means I haven’t removed it enough, right? I thought this removal would be the last thing in my life, but wow, I’m so stressed.
