That clinic says that if you want to fix the show-through, complete removal is the only answer, no questions asked. But during my first surgery, I also had correction of a deviated septum, septal extension, and correction of nasal valve stenosis, so I think the harvested septal cartilage must be substantial.
Aside from the normal-looking review photos posted on that clinic’s website, I also want to know if there are any cases where the nose was completely ruined after removal and they had to have revision surgery again ㅠ Just looking at the photos on that website, it seems like nothing major would go wrong even with complete removal, but all the other clinics say it will turn up.
