My natural nose had a recessed columella. After removal, the columella came out a bit, but once the swelling goes down, will the columella go back in, or will it come out more?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
