Nose Re-Surgery

There probably isn’t a place that can reconstruct my nose without putting cartilage back in, right?

I’m active and like exercising (gym, climbing, boxing, etc..), and I also hate the hard foreign-body sensation, so after thinking about it a lot, I had my nose implants removed several years ago. But my columella has gone too far inward, so I want to lower it a little. When I looked into it, they all say they lower it using things like costal cartilage, making it even stronger and harder. If that happens, I’d have to live being careful with even minor impacts or movements, let alone exercise.. I wonder if there’s anywhere that can bring it out without using cartilage If it were at least ear cartilage, it’s softer, so it might be better, but they all say they use costal cartilage..
