I only had surgery on the nasal tip, but about how much would nasal tip removal cost? My nasal tip is too big, it looks like Pinocchio, and I really don’t like it ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
