I had septal cartilage used in my first surgery, and this time I’m having complete removal without leaving anything behind. But then, if septal cartilage was used in the previous surgery, a certain portion was taken out, so unlike someone who has never had nose surgery, there would be an empty area in the nasal septum, right? Could that part cause any separate problems while living day to day? Is there anyone who had septal cartilage used and then had complete removal?
