Nose Re-Surgery

Unnatural-looking nose

I had rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage for my first surgery, and it’s been about a year and a half now. Even right after the first surgery, it looked a bit unnatural, but I thought maybe it was just because I wasn’t used to it. Now the nasal tip has dropped a lot, and when I smile, my nose spreads almost as much as a bulbous nose and looks like an arrow-shaped nose, so I’m seriously so stressed In cases like this, what materials are commonly used for revision surgery? I honestly feel like my original nose was much better if I just removed everything, so I’m really having a reality check I’m going to at least get a consultation at the current clinic, so I already told the place where I originally had it done, and just in case, I’m also planning to go to other clinics too, like ㅋㅂㅈ and ㅁㅎ ㅇㅇㅂ…
