Originally, even though it was short, my nose suited my face well But now, after lengthening and raising the columella with septal cartilage, it has become a completely long and pointy nose... Please recommend hospitals that are good at revision surgery to shorten a lengthened nose back to how it was. Since it’s a revision surgery, I’m being very cautious.
