I'm thinking about removing my nose implants, but my original nose was very wide and spread out, so I'm considering getting alar reduction one more time or doing alar cinching. But does this also have side effects? Also, before, I had alar reduction, Gore-Tex, and ear cartilage stacking, and I don't think septal cartilage was used. If I remove everything, will it go back exactly to my previous nose, or will the nasal tip stay somewhat similar?
