Hello. I had rhinoplasty around June of last year, and I am scheduled for full removal surgery on December 8.
The biggest reasons I decided on removal surgery are the anxiety of not knowing when inflammation might occur and the still-uncomfortable foreign-body sensation. Additional reasons are that the result is more flashy than what I was aiming for, so it feels a bit burdensome too.
I had it done at one of the three major clinics, and these days a lot of surgery reviews are being posted, but there are not many male reviews...
