I’m having silicone removed because of inflammation in the nasal bridge. Is open removal better, or is closed removal better? Closed removal seems like a simple removal that doesn’t leave a scar, while open removal leaves a scar and feels like it might bring on a contraction phaseㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
