I'm so short of breath right now that normal daily life is becoming difficult. If I walk or run even a little faster, I can't get enough air in through my nose, and even during sleep, obstructive sleep apnea keeps happening. In everyday situations too, when I'm presenting or doing things like speaking, I get so short of breath that I can’t do it well. Right now it feels like both sides are only breathing at about 30 percent. In this situation, no hospital has clearly said that it will improve definitely by removing it. I also went to an ENT clinic; the inferior turbinates were slightly swollen, but not at a severe level, and one reason is that the nasal structure changed and became longer and narrower too…
