I’m worried about nasal upturning ahead of revision rhinoplasty, so I’d appreciate advice!

Everyone… my first rhinoplasty shape turned out badly, so I have questions about revision surgery. First, the doctor said the columella must definitely be left intact. The silicone in the nasal bridge will be removed, and for the nasal tip: 1 leave 1 layer of ear cartilage, 2 remove everything completely, 3 cartilage tying.
