Everyone… my first rhinoplasty shape turned out badly, so I have questions about revision surgery. First, the doctor said the columella must definitely be left intact. The silicone in the nasal bridge will be removed, and for the nasal tip: 1 leave 1 layer of ear cartilage, 2 remove everything completely, 3 cartilage tying. Among these, which option is the safest long-term and has the lowest risk of the nose turning up?ㅠㅠ If anyone has experience, I’d be really grateful for some advice… For reference, I have no functional problems at all.
