When I touch my nasal silicone, it moves. Is this contracture? What is it? Please recommend a revision surgery clinic

When I touch the bridge of my nose, I can feel with my fingertip that the silicone isn’t attached to the nasal bone and moves left and right. Is this normal? It probably isn’t, right? Does silicone normally move too, like the skin tissue stretching? No, it doesn’t stay fixed. I don’t know if I should call it a blood bruise mark from the surgery, but it remained on the nasal dorsum, and it’s not a bruise, it’s left like melasma. Laser treatment at a dermatology clinic won’t work for this either. I feel dizzy. I want to have revision surgery, but now I’m scared it might get ruined. This would be my 4th time. For reference, I have no ear cartilage left on either the left or right side, and for the 4th surgery, donated costal cartilage was used. …
