3 and a half months after silicone removal

For my first surgery, I had silicone 335, septal cartilage, osteotomy, hump correction, cartilage tying, and bulbous nose correction. When the splint was removed after the first surgery, there was blood pooling, so they drained it with a syringe. That was the first blood pooling. Then around the 1-month mark, blood pooled again, so they drained it with a syringe. That was the second blood pooling. After that, I was doing fine, but about 2 and a half years after the first surgery, blood pooled again. That was the third blood pooling, and I had open irrigation surgery at the clinic where I had my first surgery. At that time, they only irrigated it and didn’t touch anything else. Then 3 months later, blood pooled again. That was the fourth blood pooling, and at the first-surgery clinic, they removed only the silicone through a closed approach. It had been 3 months since the open irrigation, but they opened it again…
