My nostrils are very bulbous, and I want to do nostril base reduction together with hump correction. Is there anyone who knows a lot about this? First of all, if I touch the nasal bridge, I have to endure that kind of harsh ordeal where, like in photos you commonly see, the nose is wrapped tightly in bandages and blood comes out of the nose every time you talk, right? If anyone knows well, even small details are fine, so please tell me various things. I’m attaching a simple front-view photo for reference.
