I had functional rhinoplasty + cosmetic rhinoplasty, with septal deviation correction and inferior turbinate surgery together. They used 5 mm silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. I had a crooked, low nose and even thin skin, so I wanted a dramatic result, but the director said 5 mm was the best possible and that he adjusted it to suit my face shape. I heard many people get revision rhinoplasty for various reasons, so I wanted this first nose surgery to be my last. I wanted a more dramatic look rather than a natural one, and after looking around at different places, I chose the one that felt right. So far, everything is fine with no problems!
