As the title says, I have thick skin and fat on my eyelids, and after going around for consultations, I decided to get incisional double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty. Honestly, my upper eyelids do feel heavy, but just getting a bit of a double eyelid doesn’t exactly make them look dramatically more open, because the upper eyelids themselves are so thick. If anyone has a case like mine and has had surgery, or thought about surgery but decided not to, please leave a comment
