Liposuction Reviews@lipo-review

3 weeks after thigh liposuction

It’s been 3 weeks since I had liposuction on my thighs, under-butt area, knees, and calves!! I really have no fat on my upper body, but my lower-body obesity was pretty severe, and the doctor said that if you looked only at my lower body, it looked like someone in the 60 kg range.. My thighs were 59 cm.. my weight was around 54 kg, and rather than high-volume removal, I wanted line refinement so I could wear pants normally, so I chose a hospital focused on safety. I skipped event-ad hospitals and went with a place where the director works alone under his own name, yep

The counseling manager? was kind, and the nurses were kind too. Some reviews said they were colder than expected, so I was like hmm, how much? but there wasn’t really anything like that... I think this level is fine. The manager was cute too. The doctor had a reaction like he really couldn’t understand other hospitals that cause anesthesia accidents. And about possible side effects later, he honestly said he couldn’t say there would be 100% none. He said because he’s human, the chance is really small, but he can’t rule out the possibility of a mistake. But he said if something like that happened, he would take full responsibility. Every patient’s case is different, and humans can’t have zero mistakes. If there were none, then what would the side effects posted in this community be? It must have been uncomfortable for him, but because he actually spoke honestly, I trusted him. Since I was doing thighs, under-butt, knees, and calves, he was more upset than I was that there would be 10 puncture marks (actually I didn’t think much of it)

Day of surgery> I wasn’t particularly nervous even until the day of surgery. I was just dazed, and only when the moment came to lie on the operating table like a piece of meat was I like, oh, something is gradually getting scary? lol But as soon as I thought, a tough woman doesn’t show it on the outside, I lost my memory. When I woke up, it felt like being half-awake after being insanely drunk + I was so cold. The nurse unnie went to the pharmacy, picked up my meds for me, covered me with blankets, and told me to sleep well. They said they extracted a pure 3100 from just the thighs. On the day itself, it didn’t hurt because of the anesthetic, about the level of muscle soreness after working out hard.... More than that, maybe because of the medicine they gave so I wouldn’t vomit under anesthesia, my throat hurt like crazyㅠㅠ I suffered more from my throat hurting than my butt and legs.. Honestly the throat pain lasted 3 days. My throat tends to get bad when my body condition is poor to begin with, so I think it hit me harder. From the same day, my thigh gap and saddlebag fat were carved down, so I was freaking excited

Day 1>It hurts so freaking freaking much, but it hurt less than when I had COVID, and my throat hurt more, so it was bearable lol A ton of fluid came out from my ankles

Day 2>I went to work from this day, and I walked really, really carefully.. Since it’s an office job I didn’t walk around for long, but when sitting down, the surgical area was seriously so annoying and uncomfortable. I tried walking around quite a lot that day, and really, if possible, you have to move around a lot for the leg pain to be less. For the bathroom, you can’t pee sitting normally, and you have to support yourself with your hands and pee sadly. My feet became total Doraemon feet, so they wouldn’t fit into my shoes. Luckily I had some bigger shoes, so that was a relief.

After day 5> My feet are still Doraemon. Swelling and not being able to use the bathroom properly are the same. Fluid comes out little by little, so manage it well ㅇㅅㅠ You have to sleep facing upward. I’m sad I can’t sleep on my side.. From day 5, sitting became quite okay too.

Week 2> The reason I suddenly jumped to week 2 is that it was really livable. The first 3 days were pretty uncomfortable, but later it got okay. Running is possible too, yep. But if I don’t wear compression stockings, the skin on my legs flaps around, so wearing them is actually more comfortable. It feels like running with no bra on. I can use the bathroom well too!! I still have muscle soreness, but it’s not particularly painful. It’s more like I can feel some lumpiness? It feels like slight fibrotic lumping is forming around the groin area, but if I massage it, it immediately loosens and softens. The bruising is still bad, so I think I need to watch it more. I got the stitches removed, and it felt like plucking one thick armpit hair at a time. Meaning the pain level will vary by person. My thigh circumference went down 7 cm!!! The nurse unnie said it seems like it’ll go down more!!

Week 3> The bruising has also reduced a lot, and I think I should slowly lose some weight!! After a few months pass, I’ll come back with photos again!!!! I still have muscle soreness, but it doesn’t interfere with daily life. Sitting cross-legged and squatting all work fine!!
