The more I look into plastic surgery, the more I feel that a bulbous nose is seriously on the level of genetic terrorism. Even if someone has a hump nose, a deviated nasal septum, or no nasal bridge, those can show results with surgery, but with a bulbous nose, unless it’s an exceptionally dramatic success case, even when I look at surgery review photos, there isn’t much difference. Sigh. Even the successful cases only show some effect if the skin isn’t thick. A bulbous nose with thick skin really has no answer.
