There was a wait, but it wasn't long enough to be over an hour. I went in for a nose surgery consultation, and both the manager and the director were so kind. When I was consulting with the director, it didn't even seem like the consultation lasted 10 minutes. Other hospitals say my nose isn't easy, but he poked it with a cotton swab a few times and just said, if we do it like this and that, it should work, and that was it.. I didn't trust it, so I didn't have the surgery there.
