Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Between donated rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, which do you prefer more?

It's revision surgery for a bulbous nose, and for the material I'm thinking of rib cartilage. I'm about 80% leaning toward autologous costal cartilage. They say autologous costal cartilage is my own, so side effects are relatively fewer, but I'm worried about recovery and scarring. With donated rib cartilage, other than not having to worry about the harvest site, I don't really know what advantages it has, so I'm asking. Are both difficult surgeries? For clinics, I'm looking at Private ㅇㅈㅇ, Geunal ㄱㄷㅇ, and The Nan ㄱㄱㅈ. These are doctors who handle rib cartilage well, right?
