I asked them to use autologous cartilage for the nasal tip, bring out the columella, lengthen it, and make the blunt nasal tip look sharper. My nose did get slightly longer, but honestly there isn’t really any clear before-and-after difference haha Another hospital said I had a droopy-tip nose and suggested correcting that too, but before surgery it didn’t really look severely droopy to me, and this clinic didn’t really mention correcting a droopy-tip nose either, so I only wanted to correct the blunt nasal tip. But after surgery, once the length was extended, the droopy-tip nose became really obvious, so I’m now looking into just getting alar lowering done at another hospital I kind of regret it and think I should’ve just done it at another hospital,,, It was on the expensive side among the places I consulted, and it feels like it wasn’t worth the money haha..
