First surgery - no implant, nasal tip with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, columella. Reason for revision rhinoplasty - no improvement in bulbous nose, no overall shape change. I first went to a place for a revision consultation, and they said my nasal bridge is wide, so if I don’t do osteotomy, it would be hard to correct the wide bridge. They recommended placing a little silicone. Since I already did rib cartilage for the nasal tip and columella, they said there’s no need to do that. Please recommend more clinics to look into. I currently have reservations at ㅌㅋㄹㅅ and ㅃㄹ. I’ve heard over and over until my ears are callused that for revision surgery you should see more than 6 places, so I think I need to see more.
