I had incisional double eyelid surgery this Saturday, but I’m so fine that it feels strange

I even had epicanthoplasty, but isn’t it normal to have blood pooling and stuff? Since I’m too fine, I’m overthinking this in its own way. I know it’s a bit of a ridiculous thought, but it wouldn’t make sense that the doctor got confused and did non-incisional instead, right? Is there any way for an ordinary person to tell whether it was non-incisional or incisional? Just based on my common sense, no matter how cleanly it was done, they’re cutting the skin, so from day 1 having no pain at all, and only the epicanthoplasty hurting, while the double eyelid part should at least sting a little for it to be normal, isn’t that right? Or not? It doesn’t hurt at all. There’s just a bit of swelling
