Review of natural adhesion double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and fat grafting

To start with the conclusion, I used to get stressed because I had multiple crease lines, so whenever I took photos my eyes looked blurry and unfocused like that, but I’m so satisfied!!!! (The after photo is almost 2 months post-op) I’ll write this in detail in hopes that it helps everyone I originally had double eyelids on both sides, but because of aging... lol, my eye hollows became sunken and I ended up with multiple double-eyelid creases This was my first surgery, and I went to around 9-10 clinics for consultations Every clinic said something different, so it was really hard to choose Aside from the clinic I chose, 8 clinics said that doing double eyelid surgery along my original crease would make it too thick, and recommended surgery with a lower crease than my original line One clinic measured it for me and it was 10 mm; haha. Since most places told me to lower the line, I worried about this the most, but I thought, I’m even getting surgery to become prettier, so why force it...? So I think that’s why I kept going to more consultations

5 clinics - natural adhesion with a lowered crease 3 clinics - natural adhesion with a lowered crease + ptosis correction 1 clinic - natural adhesion with a lowered crease + ptosis correction + fat grafting above the eyes The clinic where I had surgery - natural adhesion using my original crease + ptosis correction + fat grafting above the eyes

My criteria for choosing the clinic were 1. A single-doctor clinic specializing in eyes 2. Consultation with the director + aftercare (how much they care for each patient) 3. Confidence in the doctor’s skills (this is something you kind of have to feel lol) 4. Kindness of the consultant and clinic staff (if side effects happen, these are the people you’ll have to talk to, so it’s a surprisingly important point) 5. Cleanliness of the clinic (since you can’t see as far as the operating room, at least the inside of the clinic..)

I was really strict about it, but it was the first clinic where none of the above conditions bothered me at all, so I thought that even if things went wrong at a place like this, I wouldn’t regret it, and I booked it right away

The director was really kind, and explained in detail all the reasons why multiple double-eyelid creases form, so I didn’t feel like the fat grafting was excessive either + Above all, I had a huge stye at the time, so it could have been a tricky condition, but they paid a lot of attention during surgery, and even during aftercare they said that if the stye didn’t go away afterward, I should keep coming in and they would give me injections to get rid of it... I’m so satisfied with the surgery too, but they were so kind and I was grateful, so I couldn’t not leave a detailed review,,

Anyway, if I were to give a tip, I think each director inevitably has a somewhat similar line style I think the shortcut to avoiding a bad result is to choose a clinic whose post-op photos match the look you’re aiming for. Go to lots of consultations, choose your clinic well, and I hope everyone has successful double eyelid surgery!!!
