An anterior canthoplasty incision, eye-shape correction, fat repositioning, and fat grafting. The swelling is still not fully gone, so I’m worried about when it will go down. I had fat grafting and fat repositioning under my eye, and it feels really grossly and tightly puffy. This should go away too, right? For now, as a day-4 post-op update, I’m thinking I should have done only what I planned to do.
