Double-eyelid revision + epicanthoplasty restoration after 10 years

Writing my 1-week post-op review after having surgery with Director Kim Joo-ho at Custom. I had incisional double-eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty 10 years ago, and I was left with epicanthoplasty scars. I wondered about getting epicanthoplasty restoration countless times, but since it wasn’t an extremely severe case, I hesitated because I was afraid it might end up looking even stranger, and 10 years ended up passing. These days, as I’ve gotten older, one side of my double eyelid started forming a strange double, layered crease, which was uncomfortable and didn’t look good aesthetically, so I decided on double-eyelid revision. While I was at it, I also decided to restore the epicanthoplasty. In terms of my personal aesthetic preference, I absolutely!! did not want to look like a frog, and I didn’t want a rounded restoration either. I wanted to remove the epicanthoplasty scar, not cover the lacrimal caruncle. I wanted a pointed restoration + no covering of the lacrimal caruncle. I wanted only the scar removed. I’m not exaggerating, I went to 9 clinics known for doing epicanthoplasty restoration well. (I only went for consultations at single-doctor clinics, no exceptions.) I honestly didn’t expect that I’d end up doing it at Custom, but because of the director’s confidence + because he said a pointed restoration was possible, I decided on this place. I also liked my consultant because she understood things perfectly and handled everything neatly. Explanation of my condition in the photos >>> White arrow: the strange line that used to form as a double crease has been cleaned up well. Good good. Blue circle: the epicanthoplasty scar used to look like two lines in a (( shape, like fingernail marks, but now it looks like one line. Good good. Red circle: this is the one thing I’m slightly concerned about. It still seems like the line pulling downward like before remains, so it bothers me a bit but it’s only been one week, so I’m expecting it to improve!! I remember the director being really meticulous in the operating room and checking multiple times!! Some hospitals can be all rushed and slapdash, you know... I truly thought he was a genuine doctor. Once the line settles more after a few months, I’ll come back and write another review!! Please, I hope it settles well into the look I want!!!
