It’s been exactly 20 days since surgery now, but when I look from the front, maybe because of swelling, it’s still blunt-looking. I had osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, rhinitis treatment, and columella lifting, and it was done without implants. I naturally like the side profile, but when I look from the front, it feels like there hasn’t been enough improvement. They say swelling goes down from 1 to 6 months, so it really is swelling, right?
