I’m the type to get plastic surgery without much fear... I didn’t go around for in-person consultations or even do online research, just trudged in and booked a surgery date on the same day lol. But thankfully it turned out well...
I was only planning to get Nose Beam, but when I smiled, my nasal tip pulled too much, so they recommended doing it together. I thought, oh, good tip, and added everything. I got Nose Beam + 2 mm Megaderm for the nasal tip + muscle resection, and I’ll write the pros and cons separately.
Pros: At the time, I really pursued a natural look. So even though my nasal tip improved, to this day no one knows I had anything done. Of course, there’s nothing in the nasal bridge, and since it was added with Megaderm, I can do a pig nose and squish the nasal tip and everything... There wasn’t much swelling, and there was no splint, so daily life was really convenient. Since it was closed rhinoplasty, the surgery time was short, and the director figured out the parts I was concerned about and matched them one by one. I consider it important whether our aesthetic sense matches, and that part was really nice. The result isn’t bad, and even now, 3 years later, I haven’t had side effects, so I’m living satisfied. Cons: It’s too natural. But that was my choice... Putting that aside, if I had to name a downside, it would be that besides Nose Beam, various add-ons plus surgery by the head director made the extra fees add up quite a bit... Oh, the consultant’s replies are a bit slow. I just went, um... and called the hospital myself, but people who place a lot of importance on communication with the consultant might find it a bit difficult.
Anyway, I haven’t had any notable side effects, and my friend also did eyes & nose here this time through my introduction, and she already looks pretty... So aside from communication with the consultant, I couldn’t find any huge downside.
