If I only look at the shape of my nose, I just want to refine it a bit cosmetically, but after reading reviews lately, people say you won’t regret it later if you do it as functional rhinoplasty. Since I don’t have nasal congestion, I wonder if I really need functional rhinoplasty, but I also don’t want to have surgery again later, so I’m torn.
