The director explained things in detail and was very kind, so I felt trust in them. But during the consultation process with the consultant assigned to me… lol There wasn’t enough explanation, and it was a style where I could only get answers if I asked questions. Overall, I felt it was difficult to communicate or build trust during the consultation process.
