Because of rhinitis and a deviated septum, I had functional nose surgery using ear cartilage and raised the nasal tip by 3 mm. But I really only wanted the functional part, and I wasn’t hoping for any cosmetic improvement. Still, they said that if it was raised just a little, I’d be able to breathe much better and it wouldn’t be noticeable to other people, so I said okay. It’s only been 2 weeks now, but my nose looks too prominent right now I’m so worried whether, with about 3 mm, it really becomes natural and unnoticeable once the swelling goes down. It’ll be okay, right? If it still looks awkward after the swelling goes down, can the grafted cartilage be taken out again…
