I’m planning to get double jaw surgery and facial contouring, but I’m debating whether to do them together or just do the nose separately later. My philtrum is long, so I also need philtrum reduction, and I’m wondering if doing it together with nose surgery during the philtrum reduction might make the scar a bit less noticeable. I’m still unsure. If I do open rhinoplasty when getting philtrum reduction, I don’t know whether the scar can be made in almost the same place or if it would have to be a second incision. Sigh, there are so many surgeries I need to get.
