Eye Surgery Considerations

I have been suffering every day from hollow cheeks, sagging skin, buccal fat, and not being able to close my mouth after pin removal. Please help.

Two years after facial contouring surgery, I went to the dentist and saw on the X-ray that the pins were showing, which scared me, and after putting up with it for so long, I finally decided to have the pins removed because I wanted to get rid of them. Since my original hospital had closed down, I looked for another hospital and ended up going to an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic in Apgujeong, but after they removed the pins there, my face became a disaster. Every day is so painful that I feel like I am going crazy. Some other hospitals said they might not be able to remove everything at once, but this doctor said she could find the screws and pins and remove them cleanly, and if pin removal did not work, she would even remove the surrounding bone so she could take everything out. That dentist was confident on YouTube about pin removal, showing her face and speaking with such confidence, and because she even revealed her face, I trusted her more. But the result of trusting her was hollow cheeks after pin removal, prominent cheekbones, being unable to close my mouth, a dropped jaw, and jowls and marionette lines. I cannot even walk around holding my head up or meet people now, so I do not know what to do. How could they make me look like this? Can I ever go back to how I was before? Please help me. I am in so much pain.
