I heard that alar base reduction can’t be restored once done, so I didn’t do it even during my primary surgery, but my bulbous nose wasn’t corrected. If I want bulbous nose correction, is alar base reduction absolutely necessary? Looking at reviews for places like ㅇㅇ or ㄷㅇㅇ ㄷㄷㅇ, there seem to be quite a few people with bulbous noses who didn’t get an estimate for alar base reduction. For a male bulbous nose, does it usually only improve if you get alar base reduction?
