That said, I don’t think the reason my first surgery failed was because it wasn’t done in a natural-glamorous way. I’d say it was completely because of the doctor’s skill (because I’m furious). My nasal tip was totally puffy like a lucky pouch. Everyone in my family has that kind of nose except my mom;; Maybe I strongly inherited it from my dad, because just from my nose, you can tell I’m part of my family. But I didn’t know surgery wouldn’t be able to fix it either. The before-surgery photo is after my first surgery, and doesn’t it look like the bulbous nose correction wasn’t done at all? I don’t even know what changed about the nasal tip; When I started looking into surgery, I looked at tons of posts mainly about bulbous noses, and honestly, I saw quite a lot of posts about people getting revision surgery because it wasn’t corrected. But I didn’t know that would be me.. To be blunt, I wasn’t hoping my nose would become as slim as a completely different person’s nose. I kept saying I just wanted the bulbous feeling to be gone to some extent, but the problem is that it wasn’t corrected at all I looked for clinics that do more revision surgeries than primary surgeries.. Even just in this community, there are so many bulbous noses, so everyone planning nose surgery should really research clinics carefully.. Don’t spend a huge amount of money, over 10 million won combined for revision + primary surgery like I did.. Finish it with the first surgery.. I replaced the silicone and had the overall shape revised, and costal cartilage was used as the material. When I looked at my face, my nose was big so I only saw my nose, but now the area has reduced a lot, so it doesn’t look that way anymore, right?? Even though the revision surgery cost a lot, I’m satisfied with my nose now.. How nice would it have been if it had come out like this from the start..
