Summary: If I get rhinoplasty, would my protruding mouth look a bit less noticeable? I already knew it was like this, but when I suddenly compared my face again, I felt like my mouth protrudes a lot. I’ve heard that if you get protruding mouth surgery, the philtrum gets longer, facial fat sags, and things like that, so I’m wondering if working on my nose might make it look a bit less noticeable.
