The nose from my first surgery changed over time, the nasal tip collapsed, and overall it no longer looked pretty, so I went for a revision consultation. The director checked the condition of my nose, skin thickness, and even the scar, then explained everything. They said the existing implant should be removed and I’d likely need revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage. The consultation was good and I trusted the director, but I’m worried about the scar, so I’m still thinking about it
