Is there anyone who had under-eye fat grafting together? I feel like lower blepharoplasty is something I definitely have to do, but I’m asking because I don’t know if I should also do under-eye fat grafting. There are bulging areas and also slightly sunken areas like steps, so I saw some people say they filled it with filler, but filler seems noticeable, so I don’t want to do it. I wonder if under-eye fat grafting will hollow out quickly. I’m a total beginner, so even looking into it is hard. For now, I thought I should at least get consultations, so I booked consultations at ㅇㅂㅈ and ㅅㄱ, but I’m debating whether I should say I want to do under-eye fat grafting together too.
