[Edited] If the columellar strut cartilage becomes crooked... is early removal possible?

[Correction] I went to an ENT today and found out that the transplanted septal cartilage was not bent; the strut made by tying the septal cartilage and alar cartilage together was crooked as a whole —————— It is day 3 after surgery, and the flesh next to the columella of my left nostril was bulging, so I touched it and felt bent cartilage. I urgently called and said I would go meet the director tomorrow, but the manager, as if something was funny, kept laughing hoho, did not understand the seriousness of the situation, did not listen seriously no matter what I said, and dismissed it as probably nothing serious.
