I have surgery scheduled for next week, but I'm still debating For my first nose surgery, I didn't know anything and had silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage at the nasal tip, but the nasal tip keeps turning red I booked a clinic famous for removal and revision surgery, but my skin is very thin and my nose is small, so they said implant-free, no nasal bridge implant, nasal tip with septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and autologous dermis I still don't know what on earth I should do I liked the clinic enough to decide right after just the consultation, but I'm torn over whether to do it as revision surgery or remove it I'm worried whether implant-free surgery will still have no side effects even after several years and if they touch the septal cartilage...
