In 2019, I think I had open rhinoplasty with hump osteotomy and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. But as time goes by, every time I smile, the tip of my nose turns white, though it disappears right away when I stop smiling. I’m considering removal because I dislike the slight pinched feeling and just the foreign body sensation. But I’m scared that if I remove the septal cartilage, my nose will just collapse Could I get some advice?
