I went to two places, ㅅㅇ and ㅊㅁ, and both diagnosed me with completely different things First, at one place, they said I had L-shaped silicone inside, and since it had also been a long time since the surgery, the condition of the cartilage inside my nose would be poor. Looking at it visually, they said there was a high chance the cartilage was crumpled, so removal could be dangerous, and they recommended revision surgery rather than removal only. When I said I didn’t want to put anything inside my nose, they said then remove the silicone and use ear cartilage for the nasal tip only. At one place, they said that on CT it might look like L-shaped silicone, but what’s inside is straight silicone, and it’s been a long time since the surgery…
