<This is the photo before my revision surgery now><This is the photo after the recent surgery>I had a consultation for revision nose surgery 3 months ago because I wasn't very satisfied with my current nose and prefer a glamorous nose. They said that because I had had a 7 mm silicone implant before and had capsular contracture, the bridge could not be raised any further, but if the tip were done with autologous costal cartilage, it would be possible to make it sufficiently glamorous and high. So I proceeded with the surgery using the same 7 mm silicone and autologous costal cartilage. I kept asking whether there was any point if it had no effect, and they said it would have a big effect and would become the shape I wanted, so they also said they would use autologous costal cartilage and an endoscopic forehead lift to make my double eyelids appear like an out-line even though they are in-line, so I had that done as well. At the same time, I also had fat grafting to the nasolabial folds and cheeks. People around me didn't even know I had surgery and kept saying my nose looked crooked, only saying bad things, so I was stressed. One side of my nose was blocked so I had to breathe through my mouth, and because I live in the countryside I couldn't go up to the city often. When they said it was time to remove the stitches, I went, but they said I'd have to come back again for follow-up. They also changed the subject and said they couldn't remove all the stitches that day. When I asked whether the forehead lift stitches could be removed together with the nose stitches because I couldn't take time off work, or whether I could have them removed here, they said they would remove everything that day, so I had them removed together and went home. At that time, they clearly said the stitches in the area where they took the autologous cartilage had not yet been removed, and told me not to remove the tape. So two days later I called to ask when I should remove the tape, and they told me to come in because I had an appointment scheduled for the next day at some time, even though no reservation had been made. When I asked what they meant, they said the message hadn't been passed on and they didn't know? Who exactly made the appointment then? And even though they told me not to wash, they said since the stitches were all removed, I could just wash ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ A few days ago, I went in for a follow-up and my second fat grafting session, and they suddenly scheduled surgery, had me change into surgical clothes right away, took photos, and while looking at the before-and-after photos with the director, I got even more dumbfounded... The before photo looked like the after photo, and when I asked, "This is the before photo?" I was so stunned. Looking at the photo taken from underneath, the nostrils are completely uneven and the nose looks totally crooked. It was obviously crooked, but right in front of me they flat-out denied it wasn't crooked... They also said it wasn't 7 mm silicone but 5 mm, so when I asked why they used a smaller one, they said they did it because it seemed to fit my facial shape ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ But during the consultation I asked to make it higher, who asked to make it lower? I was so angry, but they said to trust them because they would take responsibility and do the aftercare revision in 3 months, so I said okay for now. Only then did they admit the nose was crooked and said they would fix it again and would also put in 7 mm. And when I got the second fat-retouch session, they used sleep anesthesia. When I woke up, I thought I was going to die.. Thinking back, I had also lost trust in this hospital and didn't want to lie down there again, so I said the next day that I didn't want another revision and wanted one somewhere else, so please refund me. They told me to come in to sign a settlement agreement. Then the coordinator contacted me again and said they had discussed the refund with the doctor in charge and the representative director, and that in their view the surgery wasn't ineffective, it had just made my nose higher ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They said they couldn't refund me just because I was dissatisfied with the nose shape. But my nose is crooked and it's hard to breathe, and the silicone they used was different from what we discussed, so how is that just dissatisfaction? They said that in their before-and-after photos, the after looked higher ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It is really absurd. They just keep saying they will do revision surgery again, so only get it done here. Sigh... I've been going crazy lately from the mental stress..
